Financial management of the project
The Project Leader and the Funding allocation and controlling officer are responsible for the financial issues of the project and the organisation of audit preparations. An efficient financial management of the project will be ensured by the coordinator, the directors of the consortium members and the funding allocation controlling officer. The payments will be performed by the accountancy division of IBER-BAS according to the stipulated financial regime. The budget will be transferred according to the allocation of the costs in the contracted financial plan by the coordinator of the project.
Responsibilities of the Funding allocation and controlling officer
- Controls the funding allocation and expenditure according to the funding allocation annual plans
- Keeps the communication with accountancy departments of the consortium members
